1. Introduction

Welcome to MC Trading Kenya. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (mctrading.co.ke) and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

MC Trading Kenya is a registered business operating from Giant Mark Mall, Nairobi, Kenya. We sell laptops, computers, accessories, and related electronics to customers across Kenya and East Africa.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to MC Trading Kenya. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor. “Website” refers to mctrading.co.ke. “Products” refers to laptops, computers, accessories, and electronics listed on our website. “Order” refers to a purchase request submitted through our website or another channel. “Business days” refers to Monday to Saturday, excluding Kenyan public holidays.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or acting with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian; that you can legally enter into a binding contract; that your checkout information is accurate and current; and that products are purchased for personal, household, or business use rather than resale without prior written agreement.

4. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices accurate and current. Product images are illustrative and actual appearance may vary. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice. We may withdraw or modify listings at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings unless otherwise stated. All Prices are exclusive VAT unless indicated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but confirmed and paid orders are unaffected. Promotional prices apply only during the stated period and while stock lasts.

6. Placing an Order

You select products and proceed through checkout or contact us directly, provide delivery and contact details, and complete payment where required. An order is confirmed after payment is received and verified, except where Cash on Delivery has been expressly agreed. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability, with an appropriate refund where payment was received.

7. Payment

We may accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, Cash on Delivery for selected locations, and card payments where enabled. Payment must be completed before processing and dispatch unless Cash on Delivery has been expressly agreed. We do not store payment-card details.

8. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Fees depend on location and order size. You must provide an accurate, accessible address. Risk passes to you upon successful delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within the applicable period communicated in our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns require the product to be unused and in original packaging. Customer-damaged products are not eligible. Approved refunds are initiated after verification and return approval.

10. Warranty

Most products include a limited manufacturer or seller warranty as stated on the product listing or purchase documentation. Warranty does not cover customer misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification. Claims require proof of purchase and may be facilitated through the manufacturer or our service team.

11. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design elements belong to MC Trading Kenya or licensed providers. You may not reproduce or distribute content, misuse our branding, or scrape website data without prior written permission.

12. User Conduct

You must not use the website unlawfully, submit false or fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website operation, or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content. We may suspend or block users who violate these conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC Trading Kenya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a purchase claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

14. Third-Party Links

Third-party links are provided for reference or convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information and share it only where needed to process and deliver orders or where required by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
